Bought this because we were going to travel the world and the size and quality looked impressive. Two weeks later I was in town and the little handle broke off at one end. I figured it wouldn't make much of a difference and figured I could just use a shoulder bag instead. Well, one more week, just as we were leaving on a long trip that also failed! Instead, I used one of my son's backpacks. So I have to say I was very disappointed.
