Review on 🐱 Vesper Cubo Cat Tree House: The Ultimate Cat Furniture for Playful Felines by Tammy Hoeft

Big hit! But the top bunk is too small so it slides on the wood

I have a scratching post made of the same scratch pad material on the thing but she doesn't like to scratch on it. Instead, she prefers the fabric that surrounds him. It's not a problem as she's an old and pretty little girl, let alone my only one, so I don't have to worry about her tearing it up too fast and too hard. She LOVES to climb on it like a tree and sit on it or just scratch it. However, it didn't go in by itself, it only went in when I opened it and put treats in it. That may be because it's a smooth wood, not soft, which is why she tends to dream of our beds and office chairs. Maybe she'll use it if I put a cat bed in it. When she first climbed onto him, she purred and rubbed against the bed. Pros: The cat loves to climb on it with the fabric. The bed upstairs is soft enough for her to sit on with joy. Stable, never seen it wobble because my cat climbed on it. Cons: VERY difficult to set up, manual not great, no text, and the screwdriver that came with it was very poor. It took a long time to build, and that's because we carefully used a capped automatic screwdriver. Sometimes we turn things upside down and have to redo it because there is no top or bottom sticker/instructions and again no text in the instructions. The fabric surrounding the ruffle is VERY short so had to do a lot of adjusting to actually fit. Cats prefer this fabric to claws over rough scratching posts, which can be bad for multi-cats and/or strong cats that like to scratch a lot, as the fabric is not that strong and breaks easily. The bed is smaller than the tabletop, leaving a lot of wood exposed around the edges. The wood is very slippery, so my cat often slips when climbing if she can't reach far enough to dig her claws into the bed. The interior floors are wood with no padding which would make them unusable for picky cats like mine who only use soft stuff. The top opening to the second floor is a bit inconvenient so my cat doesn't use it and never goes up that floor, but that might just be mine.
