Review on Computer case Cooler Master Elite 130 (RC-130-KKN1) by Mateusz Cieciora ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

A NAS / media center was assembled, with the N3150 processor, therefore it does not apply to "gaming" or even "office" assemblies. There is no external video card, no heat, two hard drives. The main note - I would gladly pay 500 extra for the same case with a basket for the railway, in the manner of a basket in Elite 120 (very bad ventilation at 120, otherwise I would take it). If you have a choice, it's better to take a modular power supply, otherwise you will have a 5" bay only for folding cables. In the future, I'm going to "farm" it, put in place of the 5" bay a small basket for 4 disks (a piece of iron-adapter from 5" to 3.5")

Pros
  • 1. Size 2. Complete power supplies 3. SATA 3 on the front (not on the side as on many cases) face 4. You can install 3 3.5 disks + 1 2.5. 5. 5" basket and side plate are unscrewed (on screws, not on rivets)
Cons
  • HD mount. Almost at all landing sites, it turns out that the HDD connectors are very close to the case plate, as a result, power can only be connected to the connector at the end of the cable. To connect with an intermediate connector, you need to strongly bend the wires of the cable. If the lower HDD is placed "as expected" on rubber pads, then it is not fixed in any way from moving backwards, only the friction force of the pads stops it. When sticking the cable, you must hold it, otherwise it drives off and jumps out of the mounts.
