Fall Apart for Cotton Balls & Swabs

Why do you get a much inferior version of the regular product when you make it organic without the chemical treatment? It doesn't make sense, but it's true. You can't gently rub your eyes with it. they crumble into useless layers. I am so disappointed and confused as to why this has to be the case.
