Works but isn't the best headset on the market in this price range

This headset can only be connected to one device at a time. My previous Plantronic headset was connected to about 4 devices at the same time. It's an awkward switch from my work camera to my personal one. Also, the charging dock is a bit odd and needs to be properly oriented to connect. No mute button! This is a big problem for teleconferencing. Overall, this isn't a bad headset, but there are better headsets in the same price range.
