Various 3rd party PI consumables I have used show noticeable power failures (lots of lightning bolt symbols on screen) when used with the official Raspberry 7"You can supply nominal current, but the PI voltage drops below 4.75V and causes errors/reboots. At the same time, no problem. Please note that the power connections PI3 and PI4 are different. However, you can use any argon supply option, by cutting off the standard USB connector and simply connecting the red and black wires to pins 4 (+5) and 6 (Gnd) of the GPIO header respectively, we now use these power supplies exclusively for our PI based prototypes.
