Looks (I say looks because it's hard to imagine Panasonic making such bad batteries) the exact same battery I currently have in my phones. The ones I have now still charge well but last maybe 2 hours of talk time. They were packed in a clear plastic case, no box, just a small zippered pouch. Once in the phone, and yes the polarity was correct - the +'s were in the right places, the phone gave an error and said "insert battery". It didn't even recognize her. I chatted with Revane and the tech asked me to try them all as I had already tried 4. 2 actually came up, recognized and started loading. Before contacting the service dept for a refund I put 1 tube on the charger with it and all it did was say 'Charging for 7 hours' then beeped and never charged. It flashes between this error and never charges. Luckily Revain gave me my money back otherwise I would have lost $20. Again the same battery, part number, colour, mha and voltage as now. I was very disappointed. So are they really Panasonic? No idea. If that's the case, the company really should check them out better or maybe not let them sit for too long.
