Review on Kitty Brownstone Cat Tower - A Matter of Cat, 62 inches by Anthony Flores

I like that the tree looks nice padded. I don't like that they gave us the wrong size mail and contacted the company. but no one returned to us. And there is no # to contact them, .email only. We found a way to make it work by making wood infills to accommodate height differences with a post. The wood is beautiful, but the dimensions of the hideaway box are not accurately described. The opening is more like 6.75" and the height of the box is 9" instead of 11.75. Width only 11.75. This makes the box small and my larger cats won't fit in it. The hammock seems useless because it is hung too low. — BertaUpdate: The company finally contacted us and said that there were technical problems. For our problems they offered us another tree as compensation. They were very nice when contacting us.
