When I wrapped the plastic seal around the bottle, there was a leak on the outside. The cap has been loosened a bit and as the hard plastic wrap is bundled under the bottom of the bottle it cannot stand up on its own until the plastic wrap is completely removed. I think those two things made the leak almost inevitable. It doesn't look like I've lost much oil though, so that's a good thing. It just made a little mess cleaning up when it arrived. However, this oil smells wonderful. The vanilla flavor is pronounced. The massage oil glides on smoothly and the incredible vanilla scent lingers beautifully after the oil has absorbed my skin. At the current list price of $123.97, this 8 ounce bottle of vanilla massage oil is a great value and I'm glad I ordered it.
