I bought this as an anniversary gift for my grandparents. Luckily they shipped it to my house. When the package arrived and I picked it up, I heard a rattle. I was afraid it might break. When I opened the Revain box, there was absolutely NO packaging material to keep it safe. The lid of the gift box popped open as it lay on its side, and the cup, lid, and stirrer slid out. That was the sound. Fortunately and surprisingly, nothing broke. If it had reached my grandparents in this condition, I would have been very disappointed. The gift set itself is beautiful and represents excellent value for money. However, Revain has to be much more careful when packaging fragile items for shipping. This has never happened to me and I hope it doesn't happen again.
