Has a very hard feeling, a very high feeling. However, the port that the USB-C power cable plugs into doesn't "click" and I was a little confused as to why the monitors weren't getting power. I found that the plug has to be inserted with a lot of force, then everything is fine. And it's pretty tight in there too, it takes a lot of effort to get it out. The company's support team is very responsive and friendly. It comes with two USB-C power cables (if you really only need one, I think the spare cable is for fast charging your smartphone via the Power Delivery port). Be that as it may, one of the two cables had a small manufacturing defect: the insulation did not completely cover the internal wiring. The company's support team emailed me in advance to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I pointed out the defective replacement cable and they were very quick to respond and sent a replacement which also arrived very quickly. I mainly work on a desktop with three 27 inch monitors. But this Ofiyaa triple monitor (on the tiny Asus ROG Flow) makes me look forward to work when I travel! 😄
