Bought this mirror a year ago! I liked it very much. I don't use a lot of makeup because I work from home so I hardly used it! I've used it recently and it won't even turn on. For that amount of money, I expect it to last well over a year! Contacted support and they sent me a replacement dimmer knob. I installed it and it still doesn't work. They offered to send another one. To be completely honest I just don't have time to send emails and get them piece by piece hoping it works! I am very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend this mirror at all.
