Review on eTXIntegrator by Matt Venable

- Easy setup- Friendly user interface and easy to navigate. Everything that is required for my business flows into one product.- Good support available via live chat, ticketing or over phone calls from ETX employees. They understand our IT and process concerns well when it comes to solving problems in context with other solutions they offer which can be difficult given their level of expertise overall.- Not much. It's been really quite pleasant so far! Nothing I dislike yet. The tool has proven efficient at what we need. We've solved some complex integrations without having to rely heavily on consultants or using separate products. The ability for me as IT Manager having access via remote desktop / mobile device with out-of band support (phone) if needed! There isn't much I dislike about this product but that it needs more robust reporting capabilities would be nice - especially when dealing w/ large networks!! We are solving many issues including; 1.) Data migration between 2 different vendors2.). Syncing 3rd party systems3). Creating reports4). Remote Support5).
