The device crashed after 3 months when several outputs played neither video nor audio. Only 2 outputs can be connected at the same time. Auxiliary outputs fail regularly. The device also became uncomfortably warm when left on for more than 2 hours. Support was the first to respond and sent me another unit free of charge without having to send the defective unit back to a Hong Kong distributor (Revain's return policy had expired at that point). It was a redesign with a smaller form factor of about 1/3. But there was also DOA stream that lit up but didn't output any video or audio from any of the HDMI ports; also felt uncomfortably warm. A little creepy given that it's only 5V/2A DC (the old unit was 12V DC). Now customer support is not responding. I would not recommend this product or company. Save money and time by choosing a higher rated alternative.
