Given to my daughter for Christmas, she was thrilled. The adhesive backing was easy to bear and stuck very well, maybe too well because when I rearranged a section some paint peeled off the wall. Pair it with your new Google Nest Mini and it will change color with a voice command. The music mode works well too, but the volume of the music has to be loud enough to really change the colors, otherwise they'll change slowly and not with each note. One downside that may be common to all strips is the short power cord, which means I had to run an extension cord up the wall and then the ugly cord is a bit visible. I had white heat shrink tubing that I put on the ugly parts, but it would have been much better to have a longer white cable. But overall I'm really impressed with this strip and I plan to add more sections to fully encircle the space.
