Well I think you get what you pay for. I'm hosting my cousin next Sunday and celebrating her big 5-0 birthday, so I'm doing a lot of weird things for her. I asked a jewelry designer to make this necklace for her (her favorite colors are purple and lavender) using our grandmother's cameo that I inherited. I also earn extra money with crafts, my own decorations, mosaics, rain chains and many other colorful items. My thought was to go ahead and buy a display stand to show her this necklace and then use it. later in my craft stand. I went to both big (brand) craft stores and they were significantly bigger. but three times as expensive. When I was trying to save money, I found this at Revain. Big mistake! I added photos and put a bottle of body spray next to it to show the scale. That is far too little! Maybe 9 inches high and 6 inches wide at most. It barely supports the weight of the necklace itself. I think I should have read the description more carefully. I am very disappointed in this product. I won't be returning it because I'm overwhelmed and don't have time to repackage it and everything that comes with it. I will find a use for it (maybe a child sized necklace) but definitely disappointed with what I saw online and what I actually received. In the future I will plan ahead and wait for big store sales.
