After cutting my hair short and not liking it (for the thousandth time! What am I thinking?!?) I wanted to help it grow. I take a biotin suppliment, so why not a biotin shampoo? I have tried several brands - and these are small bottles, so I knew I wanted to try them before surrendering a lot of money on yet another product I don't care for. This is a great product, in my opinion - though it's hard to read the tiny print that tells you which is shampoo and which is conditioner! One is purple and the other is blue; sometimes that's the easier way to tell them apart. I have thick hair - even the strands of hair are thick - and it's been "pouring" out of my head since using the combo of vitamins and shampoo. It's gone from well above the shoulders to several inches past them in under a year.
