An absolute must if you change shift knobs
Purchased so I can replace the shift knob on my 370z without the unsightly 'gap' between the knob and the factory trunk mount. This adapter is simply pushed onto the shift shaft and screwed on completely and smoothly. Fitting my non-original boot to this adapter also only took a few minutes (to ensure proper alignment) and a very strong strap secured the boot to the adapter. Very easy.
