I was very happy to get this laptop charger because I was struggling with the battery and charger for so long. It worked! I was able to charge my laptop and go back to using it the way it was meant to be used! (However, it gets HOT sometimes) It worked for about 2 months. Then. For some reason the laptop stopped recognizing the charger and kept giving me an error saying it couldn't be charged because it had to be a 65W charger or higher. The battery was not charged at all. I recently bought a Dell charger and now everything is working again. My battery charged over 26% for the first time in a month. Now I can use my laptop without a charger again! I thought this charger would solve all my problems, but it turned out to be just another problem to deal with. Give it a try if you must. This might just work for you!
