Wish this had more size options

I am happy with this product.easy to install and enough privacy. I have just received and I need to cut one end.I have not figured out out to attach without gromets. I replaced the zip ties with a heavier, thicker ones and think it will hold up better. Now I am curious to see how it holds up. Any suggestions for attaching the cut end?

Cons

The screen may have limited effectiveness in reducing noise pollution, as the mesh material may not be thick enough to fully absorb sound
