Wish this had more size options

I am happy with this product.easy to install and enough privacy. I have just received and I need to cut one end.I have not figured out out to attach without gromets. I replaced the zip ties with a heavier, thicker ones and think it will hold up better. Now I am curious to see how it holds up. Any suggestions for attaching the cut end?
