I didn't expect them to be as good as they are. First, I have small ears and everything I've bought so far keeps falling out. It was like that until I read the instructions. "First insert the phone into your ear, then tuck the phone behind your ear." Once you master this simple step, you're perfect. Because the earpiece is flexible, it is easy to insert into the ear and then wrap around the ear. Now I can't even hear my kids talking to me. The battery lasts forever, sometimes I use both and sometimes just one, but when not in use I have a charger in the case. I also need to charge the case every day, and the lights on it help you know when to charge it. To update! This lasted almost a full 3 months after which I was only able to use it for audio and not calls. Every time I tried to connect my phone it wouldn't connect and the call just dropped (not on the headset). I'll update when I find out why, but 3 months isn't good.
