Review on HapYak Interactive Video by Tropingzz Cece

HapYak has been a great addition to our curriculum. We use it to add interactive features to our training videos, as well as incorporate polls and quizzes. It has been very effective for our audience, and the students enjoy the interactive features. The ability to keep the students engaged with the content is a great plus. HapYak is a great platform to use for a variety of training videos. I would say that the customer support could be a little better. While the platform works, it can be difficult to get assistance from the support team. HapYak has really increased engagement for our students and helped them to understand the material better by using interactive features. They have also been able to complete more assignments on time. I like that we can customize our videos with multiple options for adding content. It is easy to use as well! Not much in terms of dislikes but maybe some people would prefer having an option for embedding YouTube videos instead of using their own player (which requires you to be logged into Facebook). We are able to create short training videos quickly which helps us train new employees faster than if they had to watch hours long videos or read lengthy documentation.
