I bought them for gardening. Yes I'm a female but they are way better than the regular ones I buy for working in the garden in the heat. I just threw away about ten of my regular shirts that keep you warm (they shouldn't) and it's ruining my day. So I ordered a men's t-shirt, I don't care what color it is, and gardening gets dirty anyway. I ordered a size too big and plain, the material is so comfortable I couldn't believe it. I consider myself really lucky. Yes they are big but comfortable. I have to wear varnishes for a long time to protect my legs from scratches. These shirts have longer sleeves than my regular shirts which protect my arms from the sun.
