For the past two nights this thing has randomly turned itself on when I sit on the table next to my bed, waking me up in the middle of the night and scaring me to death with all the noise it makes vibrating on the table . . The star rating dropped from 2 to 1 star. The thing just isn't built right. It's garbage. Don't buy this. He belongs in the trash. There are many other massagers on Revain that work great! It's the same design as the others I've used, but it's a bit smaller and doesn't work at all. Like the rest, this one comes with a branded charging cable and if you lose it you'll have to look elsewhere or just buy a brand new device. When it arrived I loaded it. Please note that you must plug the charging cable into the device in order for it to charge. At first I didn't, and it wouldn't charge at all. Press it firmly and the device will start charging. Unlike other similar devices I've used, this doesn't work very well. It has three buttons. It's meant to be toggled on and off. The other adjusts the strength of the massager. The third adjusts the speed of the massager to go from continuous vibration to start and stop, at least that's how the others work. The on/off button on this one doesn't work at all. You can press it several times and the device will not turn on. When you want to turn it on, you have to press one of the buttons that are supposed to control the strength and speed of the massager. Each of these buttons turns it on or off. That's all they will do. It is not possible to adjust the power/intensity of the massager, nor is it possible to adjust its cadence. All you can do is toggle it on and off. When it's on, intensity and cadence aren't adjustable. Maybe the electronics under the plastic don't match the buttons on the outside? I don't know what the problem is, but the thing isn't working properly. I've included a video to show what happens when the various buttons are pressed so you can see this thing doesn't work as it should and like everyone else on Revain. The one setting it has is pretty powerful and feels nice, but if you buy it, you're buying a multi-setting vibrator, not a single-setting vibrator with broken buttons. If you want one of these, don't risk buying this model that doesn't work properly, keep looking and find one that works as advertised.
