I like that it is open source, so if you want to customize something there are thousands of different ways possible! It's really easy for new users/people not familiar with wiki software or web development in general (like myself) because everything can be done via html pages instead using an interface similar only used by seasoned coders who have been editing HTML since high school days lol.. Nothing specifically at this time but i'm sure someone will think about how they could improve things when their business grows exponentially!! If any problems arise don't hesitate contacting support staff as we're always willing help anyone having issues even those outside our product range :) We use twikki internally mainly inside Salesforce orgs where people collaborate all over sales reps across multiple countries around several projects including one called 'The Journey'. It is very easy to use for newbies, it has many features which are required by most of my users (such as search), but there's nothing really that I dislike about its usage or implementation so far in our environment here at work; we're using some customizations around topics/subtopics with different permissions levels etc., this helps us keep track who can edit what without having any issues when someone forgets their password!
