The first thing that struck me was that the case was broken, no big deal but when I opened the case I noticed two defects on the keychain itself. One looks like a Chip where the metal is damaged. However, the other one which I thought was just an oil stain from its manufacture, I tried to clean it and it wouldn't budge. Flaws are minor, but it would be nice to have a new key fob before it "wears out". It's a gift, so I hope they don't mind the couple's shortcomings. Otherwise, the snowflake itself is heavy and feels solid, but the key chain feels a bit flimsy and flimsy for a mount this heavy.
