Review on ETRAFFIC by Jerry Mangum

Very friendly people to work with! They really care about providing an excellent service for their customers. The entire team of eTraffic has been very helpful over all aspects of my project experience. There was no time where I didn't get back from them with a response or offer of assistance (even when things got complicated). Always willing to go above& beyond what's required & provide amazing solutions that are often better than we can come up with ourselves. So far everything has run smoothly but what could improve this business would be if there were more consistency between creative teams which could help keep budgets lower so there isn’t as much wasted effort between projects. This in turn will decrease costs and allow us to charge even less than what we're currently doing- something our clients have requested many times now. It's so easy to use and very responsive when you have questions or need support from their team. There are many different modules that can be used for various marketing strategies. They also offer an excellent service for other industries such as event management and construction. We've had nothing to complain about with this software. I'm sure they will continue to grow and develop because of how innovative they are. The platform has been able to help us do a lot more than we thought was possible.
