Not 80w as advertised

First let me say these bulbs are bright. I mean with two of them in a typical 2 car garage or shop they are great. You can adjust the brackets to send a little more light into the corners of the room if the fixture is off-center. However, they are NOT 80 watts each. When both are installed, they draw about 83 watts; So you have about 42 watts each. At half the specified output, you should also expect about half as many lumens. I installed both lights in my 2 car garage (since I have 2 lights with exposed bulbs) hoping they wouldn't be too bright. It's not like this. It actually wasn't nearly as bright as I expected compared to the 23W Great Eagle LED I was replacing. I pulled out my watt meter and measured the wattage when BOTH devices were on at the switch and you can see in the attached image that they only draw 82-83 watts. I'll probably leave her for now. The light color is good for the shop and the spread of the light is perfect for my work area. However, since they lied about how bright the light is, I don't know if I expect this light to last 50,000 hours as advertised. If I had to do it all over again I'd probably just buy two more 23w Great Eagle bulbs (as the price is about the same. Hopefully they last a long time.
