Needs better quality control

We went through 3 pairs until we found a working pair. First sentence, a DOA. Secondly, one is good, the other is ok, but it takes a long time to charge and the lifespan of the other is half as long. Finally two working devices. Charging times are fairly quick, but battery life is only around 8 hours on standby. The range suits me, around the house and in the shop.
