Use daily to remove make-up in the shower. I use it twice a month to exfoliate my whole body because it's inexpensive. I pay $65 at the spa. The reason I love this Ives GREEN TEA, although I don't have any blackhead problems, is that the grains are very fine and it makes my skin feel much smoother and softer. I have been using St Ives for over 35 years.
