Wearella is an internet retailer that focuses specifically on women's apparel, and I recently had a terrible experience with them. I was very dissatisfied with everything about the company, from the quality of their merchandise to the way they treated their customers. To begin, the standard of their products was abysmal to say the least. The clothing items I purchased did not resemble the pictures on their website at all, and the materials used in their construction were of a poor quality. The sneakers were extremely uncomfortable, and after only a few wears, they appeared to be falling apart. Even the jewelry was of inferior quality and quickly developed a tarnish. In addition to that, their customer support was below average. I reached out to them to inquire about returns and exchanges, but I was greeted with responses that were impolite and not very helpful. It appeared very much as though they did not place any importance on the satisfaction of their clients. The website was difficult to understand, and the process of checking out was bewildering and aggravating. I ended up wasting a lot of time attempting to place an order, only to receive items of poor quality that I was unable to return or exchange for a different product. My experience with Wearella was, on the whole, one that was disappointing and aggravating. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone seeking for fashion products that are of a high quality and can be relied upon. There are a plethora of other online retailers available, many of which provide superior products and services to their customers.
