Okay, I was skeptical. the price seemed too good and I read the reviews of those who had concerns (I read good ones too). I wasn't sure what to expect, but the price of this flash was almost reasonable for a hobbyist like me, so I took the plunge. Flash works well for me when taking simple, home-style photos. If you're a semi or pro I'm sure you'll have a different opinion, but Flash is all I wanted. It's well built, intuitive to use, and gets the job done. If I had one complaint it would be that the flash didn't come with a case. But what do we expect at this price point? (Well, order a case online for $6.99 and you're done.) For now, I recommend the Bower SFD35N!
