I was skeptical and immediately bought my scammer three pairs. I always lost or bent them or the screws fell out. I've taken the plunge, if you can call it that, and tried CliC readers and I really like them. I work at a home center/lumber yard so my readers keep turning it on and off. I usually wear them on my head and pull them down when needed, nothing more. They're always on my neck. You don't even have to think about putting them together, they just fit together. They are adjustable in the sense that you can slide the side frames out to fit your large head, or slide them in if you have a smaller head. The only downside is that you need both hands to put them on, but you get used to that quickly. I've spent at least 5 times as much on broken or lost/dropped glasses. The nose piece is molded into goggles so you won't sit crooked on your face due to the curved nose piece. I will buy again if the inevitable happens. Highly recommended.
