Here's the real hair story

The hair is very soft. It comes out of the box very nicely, but after that it all goes downhill for me. The hair length is of course deceptive. I ordered 18 inch and it looks more like 12 inch. The right front hair clip is pushed further back so I can't get a good closure which sucks because the wig doesn't feel secure. The hair is big, not like the model's hair. It depends on what you're looking for, but I wouldn't buy this wig again.
