Bad Computer on Notebooks

This laptop will not charge. It's very picky about its charger and even when plugged in, it's difficult to use without disconnecting it. We have two chargers - one that came with the computer and an additional one that we bought separately. None of them work! And the camera is in the most uncomfortable position.
