The computer arrived quickly, professionally packaged, and included all the accessories and cables needed for a quick and easy setup. Customer service was great. When I received it I was surprised by the small size of this amazing computer (Dell OptiPlex 9020). It's small enough to be placed at the top of my desk without encroaching on my workspace! My only criticism is the initial setup. When I first used this computer, I found that the boot time was VERY long. This machine was ready to use. WLAN adapter Bluetooth adapter all. I contacted the seller about the lack of a wifi adapter, but I was wrong, everything was included. The seller sent me another Wi-Fi adapter even though I made a mistake. Computer works great, I am a very happy customer. Overall rating FIVE stars. Thank you MST MEMORY SOLUTION INC.

Completely legacy Dell system. A 2GB SSD and storage can be of some value! The installed Dell 1.2 TPM is a joke. The latest BIOS has not been installed and the USB WiFi is junk. Dell is a good company, but the 9020 is a system of the past. This is my humble opinion. I had a headache trying to install Windows and it definitely doesn't work with Windows 11.

I could actually use this computer if the case wasn't so badly bent that the access door wouldn't close and the security lock wouldn't work. The packaging was good. I bought the Ausurion guarantee so it's $60 down the drain as it comes back dead on arrival.

Works great. The first machine sent had a power issue that prevented it from booting up, but the company easily dealt with a replacement that arrived just a few days after we sent the first machine back. The included mouse and keyboard are quite thin. We have decided to continue using the existing workstations for the replacement workstations.

It appears to be in excellent condition and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it actually had a 2TB SSD installed. and WiFi 2.4. Wi-Fi doesn't work very well, sometimes the signal drops out. But I have a drawer full of these things, so I don't really need another one. UPDATE: After about 6 months of use, the 2TB drive died. I contacted the seller and within a week I had another one. Good service!

On time, in good condition but no Bluetooth. The seller credited me for the difference, so everything is fine except for this delay.
