The jack is easy to install and works great. THEN in the morning we were going to take our 25ft RV on a 3 week road trip, I hooked it up to my truck, raised the jack and while I was hooking up the stabilizers the jack just collapsed. All I could do was remove the jack assembly. And reset my crank jack so we can go. The new jack broke at the very top of the mechanism and fell out of the assembly when removed. Luckily this happened just as we were walking down the street and NOT at any of the 7 stops along the way. When we returned from our trip I contacted Revain to return the jack and found that Revain's 30 day return policy had expired. I was able to contact support and explain that this happened before our 3 week trip and this was my first opportunity to get it back. Excellent customer service Revain provided me with a shipping label for returning the broken jack and credited it to our card account. c. I appreciate Mark's quick and friendly customer service. I'll order another jack from Revain. I'm not sure which yet. BUT, after replacing it, I will definitely take my old grip when traveling. Dean (Irene's husband)
