Compared to other products, this product seemed good value for money. However, its application can be difficult due to its relative fragility. It's fairly waterproof. I have used it on my ankle where I suffer from painful PTSD. I like that I can adjust the length of the strips. It should take several days. However, if you take it off too soon, it can cause painful abrasions on the skin, which I did because I found I couldn't bear to wear it on my ankle at night. In general, I still prefer KT Tape or RockTape, despite the higher cost of those products.
