Packaging needs replacing
I have been using the ROC for many years and the product gets a 5 star rating. However, the packaging for this duo is rated 0 if possible. I struggled, breaking my nails and even my kitchen scissors couldn't get through that hard plastic and cardboard the boxes were attached to. Unnecessary and very annoying!
