I ordered these shoes along with 3 other Reebok crossfit shoes. I really liked the look of these shoes and was dying to keep them. I have a very narrow, long and flat foot, so finding running shoes (let alone running shoes) is difficult. When I tried them on, they felt light and supportive. They were flexible enough for HIIT, which is part of my workout. The outsole is also very grippy. However, when walking, the upper of this shoe made a popping noise as the material flexed. I think it's because the shoes were too wide for my foot. My mom tried on these shoes and they fit her and she didn't have that weird cotton because her feet are much wider. She got a lot of compliments at the gym (which makes me a little pissed off for wanting her!). Their only complaint is that the white color is easy to mark. In the end I settled on Nano 6 which suited me better.
