As many other reviews have said, the spikes will fall off unless reinforced. Either sew on extra thread to hold them in place or use a hot glue gun. Spikes aside, this is a relatively well-made hat. It's double-layered, so it's warm and not weighed down with spikes. Even if the fit is a bit tight. May stretch over time with repeated use. I didn't have time to attach all the spikes so I didn't wear it long enough to see if it would stretch. It's not difficult at all to fix them; it just takes a lot of time. The reason this hat got 2 stars is that while the rest of the hat appears to be well made, it is cozy. And honestly, we're only interested in it because of the spikes. We don't have to do the extra work of making something we paid for just so it can be used without falling apart.
