Received this in June 2020 and my cats love it. My cats are 16 pounds each and they both fit in together easily. It's really the best thing I gave them, it made them so happy. The edge was incredibly strong, even with two crampons at a time (a 13lb and a 16lb) with no sagging or wobbling. I've never worried about it coming loose. But yesterday 12/01/2020 when my cat jumped on it, it shifted and sagged. He jumped down because it scared him. As I watched, all three suction cups came loose, leaving him holding onto the canopy and the underside of the window sill. I washed the window, cleaned the suction cups and then pressed them firmly back onto the window. It seemed to be working and seemed just as strong as it has been for the past 6 months. When I got home this morning (12/02/2020) the tab was crooked and when I checked it the left and center suction cups were out of order again. I pushed them against the window again but I'm sure they will come off again tomorrow and it could potentially hurt my cat if she jumps and falls or falls when trying to sleep on them. I am now incredibly disappointed and frustrated that it was so expensive and not sticking after 6 months and that my cats have lost a very enriching piece of furniture. I think the safest option is to take a traditional scratching post and put it next to the window. I'm giving 3 stars because it was so great for 6 months but I can't give it 5 stars because after 6 months it's not sticking anymore. Edit 12/03/2020: I contacted the seller through their website and explained the problem and after they requested a copy of my invoice and a picture of the bar, they offered to mail me new suction cups free of charge. Once they arrive and I fix the edge I will edit another update. After I sent them a message using the contact form on their website, they emailed me back within a few hours, so their response time and friendliness are excellent. Replacement cups take about 10 days to ship.
