The thing works very well. The change was noticeable after just a few uses and I actually received compliments on the whiteness of my teeth, which has never been the case with Crest 3D White Strips. not very sensitive initially I've only ever experienced sensitivity if I left it on much longer than recommended - 30+ minutes) Cons: - messy
