I have had several of these phones bt. Even the female voice is the same. This one differs in that it keeps connecting and disconnecting while nothing is playing (a book or a song on pause). Technical support has to jump through many hurdles, became too annoying. Maybe next time from a different manufacturer, even if it costs a few euros.πππ
