The ability to integrate the Brandtotal platform with various 3rd party platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot has been really helpful in our CRM strategy. I can easily pull information from within these tools and it makes my life so much easier! I have had a couple occasions where the service could be improved (such as when we lost the connection to our Salesforce account) but this is something that was likely due more to human error than the fault of Brandtotal. We are able to see what is important about our customers and how they behave within our sales funnel. This helps us know who is most likely to buy or become a customer, allowing us to target them effectively.
