Review on SLEEKLIGHTING Watt Black Light Spiral by Justin Cage

We bought these and several black bulbs. These 23 watt Sleek lights were MUCH better than incandescent bulbs which didn't produce fluorescent/neon lights. I've seen better fluorescent tubes, they weren't very consistent from one bulb to another, or even the same bulb. By that I mean there are parts of the world that are brighter than others and the coating on the glass wasn't always even. Despite this, it still produced what we intended. I would buy these and the black LED bar we used for the birthday party, but would definitely avoid incandescent bulbs.
