Broken battery door
As for the milk frother, it worked just like any other manual milk frother I've used in the past. Inserting the batteries was very difficult as the space for the battery was too narrow. After using too much force to insert the batteries, the battery door would not latch. I also like the metal stand. This one is coming back, but I'll be sure to look for another one with a metal stand.
