I opened the box and was immediately amazed at the quality of the product and then started getting annoyed trying to line up the 3 screw holes on the clip bar. I did this after a few minutes, positioned the mount where I wanted it and realized I wanted to flip my hand. I didn't want the logo to be visible so I had to unscrew part of the arm. Well they forgot to give you the Allen key for that particular screw size which was annoying but didn't really matter as I had it laying around. I position everything and then turn on the monitor and it immediately sags. Don't worry, I'm just turning the screw that changes the pitch. Only this part of this monitor is so poorly constructed that failure is guaranteed. The designer of this product must have assumed that the monitors weigh nothing as there is no way to tighten that particular screw. Even if he didn't bend the frame, he couldn't physically tighten it. It must have been designed and put into production by a kid because it just doesn't make sense. I had to disassemble that part of the bracket and put my own washer in front of the nut, requiring me to use my own external tools for something that wasn't even supposed to be a problem. Don't get this monitor mount unless you want to be incredibly annoying and spend a lot of time hacking it together.
