I would give this product AND the seller ZERO stars if I could. Tweezers are fine if you want them to pull on the skin instead of cutting it. I contacted the seller about the problem and the customer service was terrible! The woman who answered was rude, inattentive and accused me of threatening! I just said I'm not happy with my purchase and asked if there was anything she could do to make me happy so I could give her a positive review. I'm a person who reads a lot of reviews before making a purchase. I thought I made a good choice. If you are looking for a good wire cutter I suggest you keep looking and avoid this product AND this seller!
