love it! I've tried several different cuticle knives in the past and this is by far the best. The cleaning/sliding tool has become one of my most-used items - I even take it with me when I travel! Clippers stay sharp for two years and show no signs of dulling. Unfortunately I had to buy a new one this week because someone fell on the floor and the hinge broke. Cool! Works very well. Replacement with another cuticle nipper from Sally Hansen. Send the broken pliers to Sally Hansen in hopes of having them repaired or replaced. Never got a reply from the company. So very glad I bought this!
